Today, my friend treated me to lunch to celebrate my 2-years anniversary in Sweden. Such a great friend, plus a Swedish friend too! I thought it was mostly go dutch with Swedish people and I never expected this, especially with newly-found friends. Yes, I have finally a Swedish friend after close to 2 years of being in Sweden! Swedes are closely-knitted to one another and it is difficult to be in their circle of friends. It is definitely an achievement for me.
So, to celebrate my 2-year anniversary (and 3 days), we went to Tradition where it serves traditional Swedish food - they call it husmanskost (husman - home and everyday cooking, and kost - diet). How apt to go to a Swedish restaurant on this occasion. I had fish fillet and cooked potatoes (that came with the skin - Swedish thing too but I peeled it off) and it costs SEK150 / RM75. It was really good, and there were many Asian tourists in the restaurant too.
