Best birthday meal ever! At AG - the place that everyone should go to if one loves meat. My tummy was happy and full. I felt lucky today.
We had main dish from the menu - Ribeye on the bone with baked potato, sauce béarnaise, tomato & salad with parmesan, serves 2 persons for SEK950.
Our pre-starters - grilled bread and the dip is butter mixed with animal fat.
We had a grilled octopus tentacle for SEK185 and mozarella for starters.
The main dish - baked potatoes.. and..
.. the ultimate main dish - We had grilled medium raw entrecote that was hung dry for 40 days. Scroll down to see the meat and is served with animal fat. Yeah, it is not the most healthiest kind of meal. It was so good when I took my first bite on the meat.
This is the meat in their freezer being hung to dry for months and even years, too!
